We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and do so in accordance with the principles set forth in Polish law, including the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO).
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the basis on which the personal data you provide to us are processed and to discuss your basic rights related to our processing of your personal data.

General principles of personal data processing
The principles governing the processing of personal data provide a framework that ensures that personal data is used in an appropriate manner. We are committed to ensuring that personal data:
- processed fairly, lawfully and transparently;
- correct, appropriate and not excessive in quantity;
- accurate and up-to-date – inaccurate or incomplete personal data will be corrected or deleted or further processing will be stopped;
- stored for no longer than necessary;
- processed only for a specific, explicit and legitimate purpose and in accordance with the purpose for which they are collected;
- safe.
Types of personal data
We will collect and process personal data provided to us in a number of ways through various communication channels, including our Store. Some personal data is necessary for us to sell our products, while providing other data is voluntary, such as for marketing purposes.
We always tell you which personal information is required (e.g. by marking them with an asterisk (*)) and what the consequences will be if you do not provide us with this data – such a situation may, for example, result in the inability to (fully) fulfill your requests. The personal data we collect and process can be broadly divided into the following categories:
- contact information, such as name, address, phone number, email address;
- address data, primarily the delivery address of the product;
- data on. payments, so, for example, bank account or credit card numbers;
- information about you, such as technical usage and browsing data, including IP addresses from which Internet users visit our websites or applications, including third-party sites.
Purposes of personal data processing
We process personal data for legitimate purposes and generally do so only if:
- You have given your consent to data processing;
- the processing of data is necessary for the performance of a contract, such as the delivery of a product by us;
- the processing of data is necessary for the performance of our legal obligation;
- processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties and is not considered to be detrimental to the data subject, including our interests in the context of developing, evaluating, offering and selling our products, establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships.
We process personal data to:
- facilitate the use of our Store, enable you to purchase our products and contact you as part of our standard service;
- Provide extensive customer service and technical support;
- Personalize the Store’s content and search results.
Disclosure, transfer and sharing of personal data with external parties
Our disclosure and transfer of personal data to external parties is kept to a minimum and subject to the existence of an adequate level of data protection.
We never transfer your data for marketing purposes, sell it or use it to exchange data with other third parties.
We reserve the right to disclose or share personal information with outside parties under the following circumstances:
- when third parties provide services on our behalf, for example, IT support, hosting services, payment processing, product delivery (courier companies);
- Such third-party entities may process personal data disclosed, transferred or shared with them only on the terms specified by us and under a written data processing agreement;
- Legal advisors – to establish, exercise or defend our rights;
- where you have given prior consent to disclose your personal information to third parties.
If the recipient of your personal data is located in a non-EU/EEA country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection, your personal data will be transferred to such recipient only after you have entered into a written data transfer agreement with it based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
User consent
Some of our information processing activities will be conducted based on your consent. In this case, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will cease processing your personal data unless further processing or storage is permitted or required by applicable Polish law. Note that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to its withdrawal. Moreover, withdrawal of consent may consequently prevent us from fulfilling your expectations.
Your rights
You have the right to check which of your personal data we process at any time. For this purpose, you can write to us at the addresses indicated at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. As a rule, we will provide you with the answer in the form of an e-mail.
You can also request that your data be updated or corrected.
When we process personal data on the basis of your consent or in the context of processing orders for our products by automated means, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. We may send a copy to you or another entity that will henceforth process the data. Please note that this only applies to personal information that we have received from you.
You have the right to delete your personal data that we process at any time. The exception is when:
- We are waiting to pay for the product you ordered,
- you bought something from our Store – then we will retain your personal information about the transaction for accounting purposes;
- We suspect that your actions may give rise to claims against you.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that we do so on the basis of so-called “data protection”. legitimate interest. We will then cease processing your personal data. We will not do so when legally your interest or your rights are invalidated or there are legal claims against you. In such a situation, we will inform you about it.
You have the right to unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter that you have signed up for. You can do so in the e-mail with the last newsletter (there is a link at the end of the newsletter that, when clicked, cancels further mailing of newsletters) or by writing to us at the addresses indicated at the beginning of the Privacy Policy.
If you believe that we are processing your personal data inappropriately you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We will process your data related to your Store account until you delete it or we do so due to violation of our rights.
We keep data related to your purchases until potential claims by you or us related to a particular product sale have expired.
We keep the data needed for accounting or tax settlements for as long as required by accounting or tax regulations.
We will keep your data for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent.
